He had a beautiful wife, a child who needed him, and a dream to make a difference. He had everything he thought he was supposed to have.
And yet… every morning felt heavier than the last.
He’d wake up and dread the day. There were mornings he wished he hadn’t woken up at all. He didn’t recognize his body anymore—overweight, inflamed, disconnected. He didn’t recognize his mind—clouded by depression, unable to move forward. And the pressure of being a dad, a husband, a provider.. it crushed him.
He and his wife had poured their savings into a clinic. But it felt like life was slipping further away instead of coming together.
There was no fire in his chest. No spark in his step.
Just a quiet suffering he didn’t know how to explain or escape.
That young dad was me.
I’ve lived through the deep spiritual pain that can’t be cried away. I’ve felt the emptiness of not wanting to be here. I’ve known what it’s like to feel broken physically, emotionally, and mentally—and to feel like no one could really help.
But I found something.
Through movement. Through healing. Through reconnecting with the way we were born to move and live and breathe. I clawed my way out of the hole. I rebuilt my body. I began to understand my mind. I found meaning in the suffering. And I committed myself to helping others out of theirs.
Everyone on our team has their version of this story. We’ve all carried pain. We’ve all faced the darkness. And we’ve all chosen to walk through it.
That’s why we do what we do.
Sure, we help people out of chronic pain—back pain, hip pain, the stuff that stops you from working, sleeping, playing with your kids, living your life.
But what we care about more?
We want to help you suffer less.
We want to hear that you woke up today excited for what’s ahead. That you moved without fear. That you felt more
you.
That’s why we built this.
You may just want to be out of pain. And we’ll do that. But if you’re open to more—if you’re willing to ask what’s next—we’re here to walk that path with you.
So we’ll leave you with this, from Mary Oliver:
When you're pain-free and not suffering anymore...
What will you do with your one wild and precious life?
We’d love to hear your answer.
It’s why we show up. Every single day.
